Anya is quite tall for a young lady. She's 5'10" and is always afraid of crushing some poor unsuspecting servant while walking through the halls of her palace. To her, being tall is a curse. She always feels so awkward and gawky. But, being tall does have it's advantages. Like when she needs to reach a book or something off of the top shelf. And as a tall young lady, that means she has nice long legs which besides her eyes would be her favorite part of her body. She does love her legs, even if her brothers say that they make her look like a bird. Staci has a lways been a bit of a tomboy and has an athletic body from years of rough-housing and running around with her brothers.
Like the rest of her family, Anya is a blonde. Her hair is long and wavy and almost always windswept. As hard as she tries or her mother tries, she can never get her hair to stay neat. Another Romanov feature is her blue-grey eyes. They're quite lovely and probably her favorite facial feature. Her least favorite facial feature would be her horrid beauty mark on her right cheek. She finds it to be distracting and an wful little waste of space. She also can't stand her nose. It's too long in her opinion and she would love to just get rid of it. She almost always has some sort of a mischievious grin on her face and is just generally a happy person. She rarely ever frowns.

Something Unique About Your Character: Anya has been known to disguise herself as a boy to sneak away from boring dinner parties and what not. She is quite the actress although she only uses her skills when necessary. Another little secret of hers is that she's an insomniac and rarely ever sleeps. Instead, she spends her nights wandering around St.Petersburg. Personality:
Just about every Russian citizen knows who Anastasia Romanov is. She has quite the reputation in her native country. They'll all tell you that she's wild and rebellious and incredibly un-ladylike which is all true but there is much more to her then meets the eye. Anya is loud and boisterous by nature and is always causing a scene. She's not one for rules and likes to do as she pleases. Especially, if she can piss off her aunt in the process. She's revolutionary in her own way and believes that men and women should be equal. She hates it when she's put on display like some sort of a show dog in order to attract some suitors. She'd prefer to find someone she really likes and just marry him instead of going through all of those stupid formalities.
She also hates being seen as a godly figure and would prefer for her subjects to talk to her like a human being. She's bluntly honest and isn't afraid to speak her mind which gets her into trouble. She also gets into trouble because of her habits with men. She loves men and finds them to be entertaining. She toys with them for a bit, batting her eyelashes and flirting shamelessly and then makes a fool out of them by denying their marriage proposal or gifts. Anya happens to be a bit of a boy at heart. She loves dirty humor, the more raunchy the better, and would rather play in the dirt then sit and sew all day. Although she doesn't look it, Anya is very intelligent and is always thinking outside of the box. She's an artist and is always drawing something. She can be very childish at times and is slightly naive. She's impulsive and reckless and is usually causing some sort of a scandal whether it be by saying something "unladylike" to the King of England or getting caught gambling with peasants. Anya is a bit of a handful but is one duchess you'll never forget.

Anastasia Celeste Romanov was born to Victoria and Mikhail Romanov. She was their youngest child and had two older brothers Mikhail and Nikolas who happened to be twins. As a little girl, Anastasia would play with her brothers and wrestle and climb trees instead of do "proper" things like sew and play piano and gossip with the other little noble girls. Although her mother had always encouraged her free-spirited behaviour, her aunt did not approve and convinced her mother to let her raise Anastasia to ensure that she would one day get a husband.
Instead of singing and riding horses, Anastasia became interested in drawing and decided that that was what she wanted to do with her life, become an artist. Although, with her luck she was born an aristocrat which meant that being an artist was out of the question. She won't let that stop her however and can almost always be seen doodling away on some sort of surface. Her aunt didn't like this very much and started to put some more restrictions after she found one of Anya's drawings which she deemed "crude". As revenge, Anya has rebelled against her wishes in every way possible. She loathes her aunt and does everything in her power to piss her off. She has quite the reputation throughout Russia as being some wild girl who'll ruin the country if she ever takes charge. Anya doesn't care because the more she misbehaves, the more embarassed her aunt is which is fine by her.
